I thought leaving a 1 star review with photos was petty, then a roofer in Plano changed my mind
Last spring I hired a company to patch my roof, they charged $900 and the leak came back in 3 weeks. I wrote it off and figured reviews were mostly angry people yelling into the void. Then a roofer in Plano pulled up my Google review with photos and showed me the same crew had done the same bad flashing job on 6 other houses in my zip code. He told me my review was the reason he started checking that company before bidding. I went back and added the invoice total and the date, and two neighbors messaged me within a week. Do you guys always post photos with a bad review, or does it feel like too much? I used to think one person's review does not matter, now I read every single one before I hire anybody.
