Hit 50 contractor reviews and changed my mind about the whole system
I used to think online reviews for contractors were mostly fake or just angry people venting. But after I posted my 50th review last week on that deck build in Phoenix, I started seeing patterns in what people actually complain about. Turns out, most negative reviews aren't about bad work, they're about poor communication and missed timelines. Has anyone else noticed this shift in what matters most in these reviews?
