Found out my painter was padding hours for 2 years, here's what tipped me off
He billed me for 9 hours of prep work on a 500 sq ft apartment in Portland, turns out his buddy down the street told me he saw him leaving at noon both days. Has anyone else caught a contractor jacking up time sheets, and how do you even check that without being a jerk about it?
