Switching to a shared meal cooler cut our midday delays in half

Our crew was always scrambling to find food, which ate into work time. I bought a big cooler and asked everyone to chip in for bulk items like cold cuts and bread. Now we make sandwiches on site in five minutes flat. (It sounds basic, but it saved us hours over the last month.)

Caught a podcast that said the average crew wastes like 40 minutes a day just on lunch logistics. Changing one dumb habit really does add up.

Reminds me of when my gym crew would argue about lunch spots for 20 minutes. We started bringing protein bars and fruit to end the debate fast.
