Site trailer AC died in Phoenix and the crew's paperwork went from 3 days behind to caught up
Last July our site trailer AC quit on a Tuesday and we couldn't get a tech out to our Phoenix job for 4 days. I moved the whole PM setup to a shaded picnic table under the ramada and told the guys to just work out there with me. By Thursday my RFI log was empty for the first time since February, and two of the foremen actually asked me questions they'd been sitting on for weeks instead of emailing them. Turns out nobody wants to walk into that hot tin can to talk to me, so the paperwork just piled up silently. We now do morning coordination outside on purpose, even in winter. Anybody else notice their field guys open up more away from the trailer?
