Rant: site super told our new guy "the schedule is a wish list" and it's been stuck in my head all week
I was walking the deck at our 12 story job in Austin on Tuesday when I heard him say it, half joking, and the kid just nodded like it was normal. We've pushed the concrete pour on floor 8 three times now because subs keep stacking up, and I keep wondering if the real problem is that nobody believes the dates mean anything. How do you all keep a schedule that people actually follow instead of just shrug at?
