Dropped $1,400 on scheduling software that our crews never touched
Bought a 12 month license for a scheduling platform back in January thinking it would fix our lookahead meetings. Turns out my super in Modesto and half the field guys just kept texting the plans to each other anyway, so I paid for a tool nobody opened after week two. Cancelling early cost me another $300. Anyone got a scheduling setup their foremen will really use, or am I stuck with whiteboards and texts forever?
