Appreciation post: my RFI log hit 400 open items and somehow that was a good thing

Counted them up on the Flagstaff hotel job last Friday and the number floored me, but then I checked the dates and 380 of them got closed inside 10 days, which never happened at my old company. Turns out we just log way more small stuff now instead of letting it pile up in email, curious if other PMs track their closure rate or just the open count.
