Appreciation post: my crew's punch list went from 47 items to 6 in one walkthrough

I started handing out sticky notes and letting the guys flag their own stuff before I did the final walk, and last Tuesday in Reno we closed out 41 items in a single afternoon. Turns out they knew about most of it and were just waiting for someone to ask. Anyone else let the crew build the list first instead of the super?
