A client in Austin told me my daily reports were just a list of problems, not a plan to fix them.
I started adding a single line for the next day's corrective action on every issue, and it cut our punch list time by a week. How do you guys make your reports more useful?

Honestly, is a daily report even that big of a deal? Feels like making a problem where there isn't one.
