Shoutout to the guy who showed me the actual Apollo 11 transcripts

I used to just watch the shaky video clips and think the whole thing looked fake. Then last month, I read the full mission control logs and the technical detail is insane, like the exact fuel burn rates for the lunar module descent. Anyone else gone deep on a specific document that changed their mind on a theory?

Reading the 9/11 Commission Report cover to cover was a trip. The sheer number of small failures and weird coincidences they documented is wild. It made the whole thing seem way more chaotic than any single conspiracy could be.

Hold up, you call that chaos? That "trip" is exactly the problem. They list all these "small failures" like the FBI not sharing info, or the CIA not putting names on a watch list, but then just shrug. That's not proof it was random, that's a roadmap of how you'd make sure something bad happens. When every single check fails at once, that stops looking like bad luck and starts looking like a plan. The report shows the system was wide open, not that it just broke.

Yeah, that "sheer number of small failures" thing @cora628 mentioned is key. It's like the system was so complex that the real story is just a bunch of normal messes adding up, you know?
