I finally tried that moon landing footage debate everyone loves
Spent a whole afternoon going frame by frame through the Apollo 11 video, thinking I'd find something obvious. All I found was a lot of glare and dust particles that looked exactly like they should in a vacuum. Anyone else spend hours on this stuff and come out more confused than when you started?

Three hours into that rabbit hole myself last month and I came out thinking the same thing, it's like people see what they wanna see no matter what's right in front of them. Kinda like how folks swear their new floors are level when I can feel the dip walking across the room.

My dad spent 40 years as a carpenter and he'd walk into a brand new house and point out three things that were crooked before anyone else saw it. People just don't want to admit their expensive floors are off or that the story they've been told doesn't add up. It's the same reason folks ignore the check engine light for six months and act surprised when the transmission blows.
