Debated buying a used bidet off Facebook Marketplace vs. new at Target

I went with the Marketplace one for $15, figured what's the worst that could happen. It was missing a valve and basically just sprayed my bathroom floor for an hour before I gave up. Anyone else learn a lesson trying to save on weird plumbing items?

Man that sucks, I feel you. Too many times I've been in that spot where you think you're getting a deal and it ends up being more trouble than it's worth. The hardware store run always adds up faster than people expect too, with gas and time and everything. Really feels like you can't win sometimes with this stuff. Hope the next try goes smoother for you, that kind of frustration is the worst.
