Coworker swore the shop radio played the same 12 songs on a loop to keep us docile
He kept a log for two weeks at our Tacoma shop and actually counted 40 different songs, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has tracked something like this just to prove a break room theory wrong.

My buddy Dale did this at a warehouse in Kent back in 2019, kept a notebook in his vest pocket for a month and logged every song that came over the speakers. He was sure it was the same eight songs, but by the end he had 63 written down, including two Christmas tunes in July. The funny part was he still hated the radio, just for a different reason, because the station played the same ads every hour. So the loop thing was mostly in his head, but the station really was cheap.
