Stood in line at Micro Center for 3 hours last Saturday just to grab a GPU
I was at the Columbus Micro Center at 6am waiting for a restock drop and some dude in front of me was talking about how his PS5 never crashes once unlike his old gaming PC. Got me thinking about whether that kind of stability is worth giving up mods and higher frame rates for. Has anyone else here switched back to console after dealing with driver drama on PC?

Man, that 3 hour wait is brutal but worth it if you actually get something. I did the exact same thing for a 4070 Super and then spent the next week troubleshooting stutters in games that ran fine on my buddy's Series X. Its ridiculous how much time I waste fighting with drivers and settings just to get a consistent 60fps. Built a whole new PC last year and sometimes I just want to plug something in and have it work without feeling like a sysadmin. That PS5 guy had a point about the crash thing too, my PC blue screens maybe once a month for no reason.

Nah, @juliagonzalez, the tinkering is half the fun and consoles are just locked down toys for casuals.
