Appreciation post: the crew that finished the bridge deck in Wheeling left the cleanest pour I've ever seen
Stopped by the site on my way through Wheeling last week and the broom finish on that new bridge deck was dead even, no tiger stripes, no ridges. Whoever ran that screed knew what they were doing, and they even edged the construction joint clean. Anybody know who was on that job? I'd like to shake their hand and ask what slump they were running.
