Stop fighting CAT5 terminations, try pass through jacks once

I spent 12 years doing punch down keystone jacks and always hated the little wire pairs popping out. Then a job at a school in Fort Worth, we had to wire 40 drops in two days and my guy brought pass through RJ45 connectors. Honestly, it was night and day. You push the wires all the way through, check the order before you crimp, and then snip the excess. I did a full 24 port patch panel in about an hour and a half without a single fail. My old way was maybe 85 percent first try success, now it's basically 100 percent. Anyone else switch over and never looked back, or is there a downside I'm missing for outdoor or shielded runs?
