Rant: My brother, a mechanic, said 'you just swap parts until it works' about our trade

He meant it as a joke, but it made me think about how we explain our diagnostic process to clients. Do you try to simplify it or detail every voltage check?

Sounds about right... my diagnostic notes often just say "tried the other thing.

Yeah, "tried the other thing" is basically my whole troubleshooting process. My notes look the same.
