Hot take: I still prefer SATA SSDs over NVMe for most home builds

I know everyone is all about NVMe drives now, but after building 12 machines last year for friends in Austin, I stuck with SATA SSDs like the Samsung 870 Evo. Boot times are maybe 2 seconds slower and for gaming or everyday use, nobody notices the difference. Plus I saved about $30 per build and avoided thermal throttling issues I saw on two NVMe setups. Anyone else still using SATA for basic builds?
