Figured out why that one office kept getting DNS errors... it was an old printer all along

Bet you the IT guy spent hours on that while the printer was just sitting there quietly causing chaos. Classic case of hardware revenge, right?

Not even exaggerating, that printer is probably the most passive-aggressive piece of tech in any office. My old job had one that would only jam when someone was on a tight deadline, never during slow days. I watched our IT guy do the full restart, driver reinstall, network reset dance at least four times before he gave up and just unplugged it for 10 minutes. Then it worked fine like nothing happened. It's like they have a sixth sense for when you're already stressed out. Your mileage may vary but I swear printers have a secret pact to make everyone lose their cool.
