Caught a bad PSU before it fried a client's RAID array

I had a server in for a routine clean and noticed the 12v rail was sitting at 11.4 under load. The guy said he'd been getting random read errors for about 2 weeks. Anyone else seen a failing power supply cause phantom drive issues like that?

12v at 11.4 is usually fine, sounds like the drives were already dying.
