That dive supervisor in Galveston was right about my knife placement
Had an old supervisor named Ray back in 2019 who kept telling me to bolt my knife to my calf instead of my belt. I thought it was just his quirk, but after I got my harness strap tangled on a wreck line during a 60 foot lift bag job, I understood. The knife came out fast and I cut myself free before the current pushed me into a piling. Anyone else ever had a small gear habit that saved their day later on?
