Shoutout to my new pre-dive stretch habit

I began spending five minutes stretching my back and legs before putting on my gear each day. This simple routine helped reduce the stiffness I often felt after hours in the water. Last week, during a long pipeline survey, I moved with much more ease and comfort. It's a small change that has made my workdays noticeably better.

Is a five minute stretch really that big of a deal? In my experience, stiffness just comes with the job after hours in the water. It might help you feel better, but I doubt it's a major solution for everyone.
