I logged my last 50 dives in a notebook and the number on page 3 actually made me put the pen down

So I kept a paper log for my last 50 working dives, and page 3 says 19 of them ended with me fighting a fouled umbilical. That is nearly 2 out of every 5. Part of me thinks that is just the job on certain jobsites, the other part thinks I got lazy on tending and nobody on the crew wants to say it out loud. For the divers out there running hard hats in busy harbors, is a fouled line rate like that normal, or am I the one doing it to myself?
