Found out my bailout bottle was 15 years past hydro test

I was checking gear before a job in the Gulf and pulled the logs on my emergency bailout bottle. Turns out the last hydro test stamp showed 2009, nobody had caught it in all those yearly inspections. How often do you guys actually verify those stamps versus trusting the shop sticker?
