Pro tip: a guy at my local shop in Denver said my pull list was 'all hype, no story' and I actually listened
He pointed at 3 books I'd been buying for 8 months and asked me to name one plot point from any of them, and I couldn't. So I dropped all 3 and put that $18 a month into back issues of stuff I actually re-read, and I don't miss any of them. Anybody else had a shop regular call out their pull list like that?
