Rant: Everyone said community college was the easy route, but it broke me

Last month I dropped out of a 2 year program in Austin after burning out on 14 credit hours while working 30 hours at a diner. Everyone acts like community college is the smart, low pressure choice, but nobody talks about how it kills you with scheduling chaos and zero support. Anyone else find it actually harder to stay motivated there than at a 4 year school?
