I always thought dropping out meant giving up, but my cousin's story changed my mind

For years I compared the 'stick it out no matter what' path to the 'quit and figure it out' one. My cousin left his finance degree after two years, got certified as a welder in eight months, and now makes more than I do cleaning teeth. Has anyone else seen a trade school route work out better than a traditional degree?

My buddy's little brother did a nine month HVAC program at the local community college. He was making sixty grand with full benefits before his friends who stayed in college had even graduated, which is pretty wild to think about.

Your cousin and @gibson.seth's story show how a trade can be a real smart move.
