Heard a kid at the laundromat on 9th say his loans were $68k and he wasn't even done yet
I dropped out after 3 semesters and was folding shirts last Saturday when this guy next to me told his buddy he owed $68,000 and still had 2 years left. His plan was to just keep going and hope a job would cover it, and I stood there thinking about how nobody had ever sat me down and shown me the math before I quit. If you're on the fence, actually write down what you owe and what your degree pays in your city before you sign up for more. Did anyone here do the math before leaving, or did you just walk out like I did?
