Dropped out to flip furniture on Marketplace, and the scrappy stuff outsold the nice stuff every time
I spent 3 months refinishing a solid oak dresser in my garage in Dayton, sold it for $180, then sold a beat up IKEA bookshelf I paid $10 for in 20 minutes for $60. Now I only buy stuff people are giving away, and honestly that feels like the whole lesson of leaving school too. Anyone else find that the low effort stuff pays better than the stuff you pour yourself into?
