Took me 3 months to figure out my espresso shots were pulling sour from a dirty grinder burr

I swapped beans, adjusted grind size, and even bought a new tamper before I finally cleaned the burrs last Tuesday and the difference was night and day has anyone else had a simple fix they overlooked for way too long?

Cleaning the grinder is one of those things nobody wants to admit they skipped for way too long, myself included. A quick brush between bags of beans can save you a month of chasing ghosts in your shots.
