Rant: My instant coffee routine got overturned by a basic burr grinder.

Ground coffee right before brewing ruins store-bought pre-ground for good.

My buddy finally tried it last week and said it cut his prep time in half. He used to spend ages on setup and now he's actually using the thing daily. That's the real test for me.

Wasn't there a whole article about how the biggest hurdle for kitchen gadgets is the initial setup? They said if you can get past that first annoying 20 minutes, you're way more likely to keep it on the counter. Makes total sense why cutting the prep time would make someone use it every day.
