My uncle said my pour over tasted like tea and I have not stopped thinking about it
He drank coffee from a percolator for 40 years and called my light roast "hot water with a bean nearby." I tried his method once and got a cup so bitter I dumped it, but now I am wondering if I have been under extracting this entire time. Anyone here actually switch from pour over to a cheap percolator and regret it?
