My local cafe in Austin changed their main espresso bean three months ago and it's just not the same.

I've been going there every morning for years, and their old blend had this bright, fruity finish that was perfect. Last month, they switched to a darker roast that tastes burnt to me, like they're trying to hide cheap beans. I asked the barista about it, and she just shrugged and said 'supply chain issues.' Has anyone else had their favorite spot change a core product and just act like nothing happened?

Used to think it was just me being picky, but a bad change can really ruin a place. Makes you wonder if they even care what the regulars think. You found anywhere else decent yet?
