I finally chose a manual grinder over an electric one for my camping trip to the Grand Canyon last month.
The Hario Mini Mill gave me a much more consistent grind than my old blade grinder, and the quiet morning ritual with just the sound of the beans was surprisingly perfect for sunrise over the rim.
