Finally got my pour-over to taste right after a month of trying
I was always getting a sour, weak cup until I started grinding my beans right before brewing. The difference from using pre-ground was huge, like going from instant to actual coffee lol. Anyone else have a simple change that made a big difference?

That fresh grind really is a game changer, isn't it? My own coffee breakthrough was way simpler, just using a kitchen scale for the water. I was just eyeballing it before and every cup was a total guess. Now it's actually consistent, which is kind of wild for such a small change. Makes you wonder what else we're all just guessing at.

Yeah, that "total guess" feeling is the worst. I started timing my brew too, @avery389, and it was another one of those stupid simple fixes.
