Am I the only one who tried a cold brew with a pinch of salt?
I added it to a batch last weekend and it cut the bitterness way more than I expected. Has anyone else tried this trick or have a different one?

Read that salt can trick your taste buds into tasting less bitterness.

No way, that's a game changer! I tried it after seeing a chef do it on TV and it totally works. It's like magic for cheap coffee too. I put a tiny bit in the grounds before brewing now every time.
