The night my deadlift form was the whole problem, not my back

I trained for 4 years with a rounded lower back on heavy pulls, always thinking my hips were the weak link. Then a powerlifter at my gym in Akron filmed my set from the side and showed me my spine doing a C-curve on rep 3 of 315. That single angle made me drop to 225 and relearn bracing, and within 6 weeks my old working weight felt easy. Funny how one bad habit can hide behind every accessory lift you try to fix. Has anyone else had a coach or random stranger point out a flaw you'd been building around for years?
