That week I had three job interviews and bombed all of them because of one stupid mistake each time
I kept forgetting to check my Zoom audio before each call, so the first one they couldn't hear me for 5 minutes, the second one my mic was echoing, and the third one I had to type everything in chat because my headphones died, has anyone else had a whole week just fall apart like that?

Oh man, I used to think forgetting little tech stuff before interviews was no big deal, like just a minor hiccup. But then I had three Zoom interviews in one day and my webcam kept freezing on the second one, then my laptop battery died on the third. It totally changed how I see it now. I actually set a timer 15 minutes before every call to triple check everything, audio, video, charger, the whole deal. That kind of week really teaches you to sweat the small stuff, you know?
