Had a jar of pickled eggs in my fridge for 8 months before I finally opened it
I found a jar of pickled eggs buried behind some old takeout containers from last March. I thought pickling preserves stuff forever but the liquid was cloudy and smelled weird. Turns out even pickled stuff goes bad after a few months, who knew. Anyone else got a science experiment hiding in their fridge right now?

Whoa, cloudy liquid and a weird smell? That's just the pickling liquid doing its thing man. You probably got some harmless sediment stirred up. I bet those eggs are still totally fine.

Ngl @patel.leo that cloudy liquid sounds sketchy, I wouldn't risk eating those eggs.
