I finally got a straight answer from that old masonry supplier

Been dealing with this brick supplier in Dayton for 5 years and every rep gave me a different story about their liner specs. Last week I asked for the warehouse manager by name and he just pulled the actual order sheet from 2018. Turns out the liners I've been installing in those ranch houses are fine for wood stoves but not for pellet inserts. I swapped out 2 jobs this week before I even fired the invoice. Twenty minutes of talking to the right person beat 15 phone calls with sales guys. Anyone else have a supplier that hides the real info behind the front desk people?
