Customer called my brush a "death broom" and now I can't stop thinking about it

Had a lady in Des Moines watch me run a 12 inch poly brush down her flue today and she called it a death broom, then said she finally got why we do it every year. Never heard it put that way in 8 years of sweeping. What weird thing has a customer said to you that stuck in your head?
