Switched to cash envelopes for eating out and saved $80 in my first month in Phoenix

I used to just swipe my card at restaurants without thinking, but pulling out actual cash from the envelope made me realize I was spending $20 a week on fast food I didn't even enjoy. Has anyone else noticed their habits change when they see the cash physically leave their hand?
