Saw a 'cash only' sign at a diner in Akron yesterday
I was grabbing breakfast at Lou's Diner and they had a big sign on the register that said 'Cash Only, No Cards'. The owner told me he saves over $400 a month on card fees and it keeps his prices lower. Do you find more small places doing this now?

My buddy's barbershop in Cleveland went cash only last month.

That's a bold move from your buddy, @jones.mason. Just picturing some guy getting a fresh fade and then having a full-on panic when he pulls out a card. Now he's gotta run to the sketchy ATM on the corner that charges five bucks. Guess the barber really doesn't want to deal with those card fees, but man, who carries cash anymore?

My friend's uncle runs a diner in Pittsburgh and he went cash only after his card machine got hacked. Lost like two grand before he caught it. Guy has a sign on the door now that says "we like real money here" lol.
