My landlord in Tucson won't take cash for rent and I'm about done fighting him
Three weeks ago I tried to hand my landlord $1,150 in twenties for the March rent and he said he only does online transfers now. I've paid cash for everything for 4 years, car, groceries, haircuts, and this is the first place that flat out refused to take bills from a human hand. Does anyone know if he can legally turn down cash for rent, or am I stuck opening an account just for this one payment?
