Hit $5,000 in cash savings, never touched a card the whole way

Counting out that stack on my kitchen table last night felt different than any bank balance I've seen, been stashing tips and odd job money for 14 months straight. Anybody else get a weird satisfaction from physically stacking the milestone amounts, or is that just me?
