Hit $200 in cash back rewards and felt like a fool
Went a full year using only cash and saved up $200 in change and tips alone. Realized I spent way more than that on ATM fees at random gas stations around Nashville lol. Anybody else shocked by the hidden costs of going cash only?

That $4.50 fee makes me feel a little better about my own dumb tax.

Oh man, same thing happened to me last year when I tried to go cash only for three months... thought I was being all smart and frugal. But between the ATM fees that just kept stacking up and the fact I'd lose track of where I spent my change, I ended up feeling pretty dumb too. I remember paying like $4.50 just to pull out $20 at a Shell station in East Nashville... that hurt. And then I'd have all these random coins and wrinkled bills stuffed in my car cup holders. So yeah, I totally get the hidden costs part, it's way more stressful than it seems.
