My uncle told me junkyard parts are for people who can't afford real ones, and I can't get it out of my head
He grew up when you just replaced the whole car, but I've kept a $700 Civic running for 4 years on pick and pull parts. Anyone else catch grief from family who think fixing a beater is a waste of a Saturday?
