That $40 blend door actuator in my 2002 Tahoe was both a blessing and a curse
It fixed the AC switching from floor to defrost, but I had to take the whole dash apart for 4 hours to get to it. Has anyone else found a cheap part that turned into a full weekend project?

Buddy of mine did the same on his Sierra. Said he found a YouTube shortcut that saved him an hour but still wanted to set the truck on fire by the end.

Wanted to set the truck on fire by the end" is exactly how I felt after doing plugs on my old V8. I used to think people were exaggerating about that job, but now I totally get it. That YouTube shortcut probably saved his knuckles more than his time.
