Back in March I was at a shop off 11th Street because my Malibu kept losing coolant with no puddle anywhere. He popped the hood, pointed at the plastic intake manifold, and said "that's the leak." I'd been topping it off for 7 weeks thinking it was a head gasket. Turned out the whole manifold was cracked and dumping coolant straight into the engine. Has anyone else had one of these crack before 80k?
